Kelsey and Rémy Bennett (The Bennett sisters) are a NYC based creative team with a collective vision praised for being vibrant, subversive, and inimitably honest. Their documentary work is character driven, highlighting stories of human resilience and self-determination. They always aim to form a creative alliance with their subjects orchestrating a storytelling landscape that is both inclusive and collaborative. They most recently co-directed, Under Her Skin, a video series profiling female artists ages 17-71 focusing on the ways each artist uses their work to transcend pain whether personal, collective, or intergenerational. Under Her Skin: Jane Rule Burdine premiered at Tribeca Film Festival (2018) and is scheduled to screen at Original Thinkers Film Festival. The entire Under Her Skin series showcased at Marfa Film Festival (2018).
